ARASWELD Shipping & Global Delivery

For further information, please contact us.

1. General Shipping Information

ARASWELD supplies welding gloves and industrial hand-protection products to individual professionals, businesses, distributors and industrial organizations.

This Shipping & Global Delivery Policy provides our general shipping framework. The specific destination, shipping method, cost, carrier, delivery term and estimated lead time for an order will be confirmed at checkout or in the applicable quotation, proforma invoice or written agreement.

For further information or shipping advice, please contact us.

2. USA Delivery

ARASWELD ships standard retail, commercial and bulk orders across the United States.

The available shipping method and estimated delivery period depend on the order quantity, product availability, delivery address and required service. Large bulk orders may require palletized freight or another suitable commercial transportation method.

Any order-specific shipping conditions will be confirmed before the order is accepted.

3. International Bulk Shipping

ARASWELD supports international B2B, wholesale, private-label and bulk orders.

We can arrange shipments to customers in:

  • North America
  • Europe
  • The Middle East
  • Asia
  • Africa

Service availability may depend on the destination, order size, product classification, customs requirements and applicable trade restrictions.

Buyers may contact us to discuss additional destinations, shipping options and appropriate logistics arrangements.

4. Land, Sea and Air Transportation

Depending on the destination, order quantity and required delivery schedule, products may be shipped by:

  • Road or land freight
  • Sea freight
  • Air freight
  • International courier or parcel service
  • A combination of transportation methods

The most appropriate shipping method will be selected according to the order’s commercial and logistical requirements.

Bulk shipments may require pallets, cartons, export packing, freight forwarding or other protective shipping arrangements. Relevant details will be stated in the applicable commercial documents.

5. Order Processing and Lead Times

Standard products are generally processed after order acceptance, payment confirmation and any required verification.

Bulk, wholesale and custom orders may require additional time for:

  • Material preparation
  • Manufacturing
  • Branding or private labelling
  • Sample or artwork approval
  • Quality inspection
  • Export documentation
  • Freight scheduling

Any processing, production or delivery period provided by ARASWELD is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

The estimated lead time for each bulk order will be stated in the quotation, proforma invoice, purchase-order confirmation or separate agreement.

6. Incoterms® and Delivery Responsibilities

International B2B orders may be supplied under DAP—Delivered at Place, DDP—Delivered Duty Paid, or another mutually agreed Incoterms® rule.

The applicable Incoterm, named destination and version of the rules will be stated in the accepted quotation, proforma invoice or written agreement.

The selected Incoterm determines the general division of transportation obligations, costs and risks between ARASWELD and the buyer.

The availability of DAP, DDP or another delivery term may depend on the destination country, customs requirements, importer-of-record arrangements and local regulations.

For information about other Incoterms or assistance selecting a suitable delivery arrangement, please contact us before confirming your order.

7. Customs, Duties and Import Requirements

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, inspections or other government charges.

Responsibility for these costs and procedures will depend on the agreed Incoterm and order-specific conditions.

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery, business, tax and import information when required. Delays or additional costs caused by incomplete, inaccurate or late information may be charged to the responsible party where legally permitted.

ARASWELD may provide standard commercial documents, such as commercial invoices and packing lists. Any additional certificate or document requirement should be communicated before the order is confirmed.

8. Shipping Costs and Quotations

Shipping costs depend on factors including:

  • Order quantity and weight
  • Carton or pallet dimensions
  • Destination
  • Transportation method
  • Customs and documentation requirements
  • Requested delivery schedule
  • Additional logistics services

Shipping charges for bulk and international orders will normally be included in or stated separately within the quotation or proforma invoice.

Additional charges resulting from buyer-requested changes, failed delivery, storage, redelivery or incorrect information may be payable by the buyer where applicable.

9. Delivery, Inspection and Acceptance

The buyer should inspect the shipment promptly after delivery.

Any visible damage, missing cartons, incorrect quantities or other delivery concerns should be recorded with the carrier and reported to ARASWELD as soon as reasonably possible.

B2B inspection periods, supporting evidence and claim procedures may be stated in the applicable quotation, proforma invoice or supply agreement.

Acceptance of delivery does not remove rights concerning verified hidden defects or non-conformity with confirmed specifications.

10. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, ARASWELD will cooperate with the buyer and the relevant carrier to investigate the matter.

The buyer may be asked to provide:

  • Photographs of the shipment and packaging
  • Delivery records
  • Carrier documentation
  • Carton or pallet labels
  • Order and batch information

Any replacement, credit, refund or insurance claim will depend on the investigation, the agreed delivery terms and the applicable contract.

Buyers should not dispose of damaged goods or packaging until the claim process has been completed or written permission has been provided.

11. Delays Outside Our Control

Shipping or delivery may be affected by customs inspections, carrier disruption, severe weather, port congestion, government action, transport restrictions, labour disputes, security events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

ARASWELD will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and assist the buyer in identifying available solutions. Estimated delivery dates may be revised when circumstances outside our control affect transportation.

12. Relationship With Other Documents

This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

For B2B and bulk orders, the specific conditions in an accepted quotation, proforma invoice, purchase-order confirmation or signed agreement will take priority where they expressly differ from this general policy.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
