1-Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Arasweld.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms. For B2B and Wholesale orders, these terms constitute a binding purchase agreement.
2-Bulk & Custom Orders
All Bulk/Wholesale quotes (RFQs) are valid for 30 days. Custom industrial orders are non-refundable once production has commenced due to the specialized nature of thermal protection materials.
3-Limitation of Liability
Arasweld provides certified safety equipment. However, the user is responsible for ensuring the gear meets the specific safety requirements of their industrial environment. Arasweld is not liable for damages resulting from the misuse of products in environments exceeding their rated thermal or impact limits.
4-Governing Law
Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of [Istanbul/turkey], where Arasweld is legally registered.

6-Return Policy for B2C (Individual Professionals)
Individual orders qualify for a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and free from industrial contaminants (grease, sparks, or chemical exposure) to be eligible for a refund.
7-Return Policy for B2B Bulk & Custom Wholesale
B2B Bulk orders are subject to a specialized inspection process. Due to the logistics of industrial supply, returns on bulk orders are accepted only for manufacturing defects. All wholesale returns must be authorized via a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)(Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of receipt.
The 30-Day Rule: In industrial supply, material costs (leather, Kevlar, specialized fibers) fluctuate.
